Measure snugly without pulling tight, then match your measurement to the size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
What's the difference between single and 2-pack?
A single includes one support brace. The 2-pack includes two of the same product at a discounted bundle price — handy if you want a spare while one is being washed, or one for home and one for the office. Both options use the same materials and sizing.
How long can I wear it each day?
Start with 1–2 hours per day and gradually increase as your body adjusts. Most people comfortably wear our supports for several hours during work or daily activity. Avoid wearing any brace for 24 hours straight, and remove it if you feel numbness, tingling, or skin irritation.
How do I wash and care for it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry, as heat can damage the elastic fibers. Washing regularly keeps the support hygienic and helps the elastic last longer.
When should I stop using it?
Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience increased pain, numbness, tingling, skin breakdown, or swelling. Support braces are designed for everyday comfort and posture awareness — they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment of injuries.
