How do I change or cancel my order?
If you ordered the wrong item or entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been placed.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.
When will I receive my order?
For orders shipped to the United States, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that processing time may take up to 2 business days before shipment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
To ship orders as quickly as possible, items that are available may be shipped first. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You can log in to your Account to check the shipping status and tracking number for each item in your order.
If all packages have been delivered and you believe an item is still missing, please Contact Us.
What is my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to let you know we have received it.
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
Where is my order now?
You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page by entering your tracking number.
If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order may still be processing.
