Order Cancellation and Shipment Policies

Only orders in paid, processing, or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled. Other orders cannot be changed. If cancellation is impossible, we suggest accepting the package and referring to our warranty policy.

All shipments from US are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Customers are responsible for import duties once the parcel reaches their country. Refusal due to import charges incurs liability for all related costs. Due to customs rules, we cannot declare items as gifts or understate product prices.

Customer Code of Conduct Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not tolerate unacceptable behavior towards our customer service team. Unacceptable acts include aggressive, abusive, threatening language or repeated vexatious complaints after resolution.

Demanding staff to breach company policies or repeatedly changing complaint focuses is disallowed. Excessive complaints compared to purchase history are not tolerated. Offenders may be notified and face limits on further correspondence or future orders.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs exclusively to our store or suppliers. Unauthorized use without written consent is prohibited. Data mining and unauthorized use of trademarks in meta-tags is strictly forbidden.

Certain orders may be canceled at our discretion due to quantity limits, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. We will inform you if your order is canceled or requires additional verification.

User Account and Shipping Details

Customers may create only one registered account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice. Transportation post-dispatch is the buyer's responsibility with associated risks.

Customers must provide accurate shipping and payer information. Some countries require ID for clearance. Incorrect data causing shipment failure is not compensated. Compliance with laws is required.

Additional Policies

Typographical errors may occur. We may cancel orders with incorrect pricing or product info and notify you accordingly.

Prices are based on U.S. Dollars, converted for display. Currency fluctuations may cause discrepancies. Additional bank or exchange fees are the customer's responsibility.

Disputes unresolved after 30 days are subject to arbitration by the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Such awards are final and binding.

This Terms of Use Policy and related agreements are governed by the laws of Ireland.

We ship orders from multiple warehouses and may split packages. We are not liable if an incorrect order is placed by the customer. Delivery failures with correct address are not our responsibility. Report missing packages promptly; compensation claims have time limits.

You agree that our legal remedies for breaches include injunctions and damages with recovery of related expenses. No waiver of rights shall imply future waivers.
