We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. 

30-Day Returns — Simple & Hassle-Free

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Items may be tried on for fit. Returns must be in original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Items showing signs of extended wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Note: Discounted/clearance items are final sale unless the item received is wrong or faulty.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@iydoamea.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address within 1 business day.
  3. Do not send items to our warehouse address without first contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Pack the item(s) in original packaging with tags attached.
  5. Ship the package and send us the tracking number.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing time: 4 business days
  • PayPal refunds: up to 2 business days after processing
  • Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days after processing

For defective, wrong, or damaged items: We will issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a free replacement — your choice.

Order Cancellation

We typically ship orders within 2 hours. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@iydoamea.com.

  • If the order has not shipped: Full refund immediately.
  • If the order has already shipped: You will need to return the package for a refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check your mailbox, front door, and any safe places the carrier may have left the package. Contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the package cannot be located, file a report with the post office or local police.

IYDoaMea is not liable for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed, or refused, the customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs. Duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred on original and return shipments will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@iydoamea.com with your order number and desired size/color.
  2. We will confirm availability and provide the return address.
  3. Ship the original item back and send us the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will ship the replacement item to you.

For defective or wrong items, exchanges ship at no cost to you.
