I find it helps me walk pretty straight on my 3mile walk.
It’s a pain in the blank to get on and situated Now it just hangs there in the closet.
i purchased a medium, I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 162, normally 150.
this provides for good posture correction.
i would recommend, functions as expected, very high quality. this product does have a bit of a petroleum, or rubber odor, but it diminishes quickly.

This knee support is awesome. I’m on my feet all day long and walking. And that knee support stayed in place. It didn’t slide down. And the supper is amazing. I’m buying another one for my other knee
This is a knee brace that fits nice and snug. I got it for my husband who has been having some problems with his knee when he does yard work. He said it felt nice and braced his knee well, relieving a lot of the ache. The brace wraps around your leg and fastens with Velcro. The sides are adjustable. They have some give and are also fastened with Velcro. My husband was still able to walk without it interfering with his yard work. The price seems reasonable. Overall, this is a solid buy.

I had never experienced back problems before, but I recently sprained my lower back during a work trip. Lacking a measuring tape, I decided to order the back brace in my typical size, which is a 31 in Levi's. After checking the reviews, I opted for a large size.
Surprisingly, despite not paying for expedited shipping, the brace arrived the very next morning. Upon unpacking it and trying it on, I felt immediate relief from the discomfort. The design includes an adjustable lumbar support pad on the inside, easily modified with Velcro. The outside features a sturdy plastic support that gives solid backing while still allowing for comfortable movement and sitting.
The included instructions were helpful, but I found the brace easy to put on and adjust without much trouble. It boasts a thick Velcro-secured band for a reliable fit, along with two side bands attached to smaller bands for additional tightening if necessary. At 5’4” and about 150 lbs, I felt confident in my choice.
I wondered at so many 5 star reviews until I put mine on. I get it. Perfectly comfortable. Instant posture correction. Absolutely 5 stars.
Okay, it took me a while to figure out how to put this on. I am petite and even though it is a small I feel it is a little big for me. I wore it for an hour. Started to rub underneath my arms but the price was right.
Interesting. Does what it says, not the most comfortable thing to wear. Wish there were more
color options.
I’m already using this. I put it on immediately because I have cervical and lumbar issues. This is a very well-made, comfortable,and quality posture corrector. It is also true to size. I am about 255 pounds and there’s plenty of room for me. I plan to use it every day. I am wearing it right now and I am leaning forward and I can already feel it pulling me back into proper posture. I am very happy with this item. It also doesn’t cost me any pain. 
The brace was too big and I need to return it. However it is a well made brace for the knee support. Seems like the braces run larger. , I like it, really simple to use.
This knee brace is comfortable on my knee. There's 4 short velcro straps around the patella ring that you tighten the knee brace. I've never seen this design before but it's a lot easier than another knee brace I have which you strap 4 long straps around your whole knee. It feels a little more targeted and supportive than other knee braces I've tried.
I wasn't sure about the fit - so ordered the L/XL to help support my knee when I'm working out our hiking. I like that this isn't a sleeve that you have to slip your leg through, so you can even wear over winter leggings. As a female, I'd say that this is slightly larger than I was hoping, but the adjustable side straps do help reduce some of the slop in the fit. There is also rubber at the top on the inside like shapewear to help hold it in place at the top. I think that the opening for the patella is perfect for me despite the size of the brace, so not if it will be large enough for a man. I also like that this is somewhat breathable since it's just Velcro wraparounds, but the material is still a very thick neoprene like a scuba suit, so you end up still sweating in it.
Overall, this is a really good design that makes me feel confident that my knee won't crap out when I'm playing. The adjustability makes the fit much better even though it's slightly on the larger side. Gives me conf
So far this back brace has been great. Low profile with reasonable support. Happy with the purchase.
This is a very high-quality vest with excellent workmanship. It can feel a bit tricky to use at first, but once I figured out the straps (thread the strap with the Velcro side up and cross them in the back), it worked fine. It sits high on the waist - above the belly button, around the rib cage - just as shown in the manufacturer’s images, rather than lower around the waist.
Personally, I wouldn’t wear it directly against my skin under clothes, but over a soft shirt it feels comfortable. The back is very sturdy without putting too much pressure on my shoulders. I’m not sure yet if it will actively “train” me to have better posture, but at the very least it serves as a reminder to sit up straight.
I usually have good posture, but with increased phone use lately I’ve noticed myself hunching more, so I decided to give this a try. As someone on the larger side, I’m pleased it fits well - it’s reassuring to know it accommodates different body types.
I'm disabled with osteoarthritis of the spine, so this brace is a blessing. it's lightweight but supports my spine and immediately relieves the pain in my lower back. this is a well-made, comfortable product that does its job well.
The size was what we needed. It was a good fit. The material was of good quality. It seems well made too.
I ordered this to see if I'd like a brace more or a posture-correcting bra more, and while I think I'm going to end up in the bra camp, this is still a good tool for avoiding slouching. I have good flexibility in my arms, so it's easy for me to put on and take off, and I like how quickly I can tighten it if the elastic loosens throughout wear. But my biggest complaint is that it doesn't sit at my natural waist; no matter what I do, it inches up onto my ribs, which is at best uncomfortable and at worst actually damaging for my breathing. It's impossible then to forget that I'm wearing the brace as it isn't very comfortable. But it does help me keep from slouching my shoulders forward so helps relieve neck pain, and I like that it's lightweight and easy enough to use.
Hands down this is the best back brace I’ve Ever had!! I’ve gone through 9 spinal surgeries and my poor back is still just a mess of bad discs and no muscle support. This brace is light comfortable and biggest benefit it does Mot Slip. Seriously give it a try you won’t regret it!!!♥️♥️♥️
Instant relief from my back pain. I'm glad I went up a size because the 55.1 inches is the total length of the brace but it seems very sturdy and well made. Definitely worth it, no pinching and it's very adjustable.
