How the Five-Part Structure Works

Dual PORON® Impact Zones

Separate PORON® pads target the two areas that repeatedly meet load during standing and walking: the heel and forefoot. The material compresses under pressure and recovers between steps, adding focused cushioning without making the entire insole overly soft.

35mm Nylon Arch Frame

The molded nylon frame forms the pronounced arch profile and reinforces the heel area. It provides a firmer platform than a foam-only insole and helps reduce unwanted collapse or twisting during long periods on your feet.

4.5mm High-Elasticity EVA Body

The black EVA layer adds resilient, full-length cushioning around the structural frame. Its 30–35 degree specification is intended to balance flexibility with shape retention.

2–2.5mm Comfort Interlayer

An additional full-length interlayer smooths the transition between the support frame and the top surface, helping distribute contact across the foot.

Printed Plain-Weave Top Cover

The full-length fabric cover creates a consistent foot-contact surface and carries the original IYDOAMEA branding.

Fit and Break-In

A 35mm arch creates substantially more contact than a standard comfort insole. Use it only in footwear with enough internal space.

1. Remove the original factory insole.
2. Use it as a trimming template and cut only around the toe area.
3. Begin with 1–2 hours of wear on the first day.
4. Increase wear time gradually over 5–7 days.
5. Firm arch contact is expected. Stop use if you experience sharp pressure, numbness or worsening symptoms.
